When, not if, conflict arises in one’s life, it is important to have a strong support system. Sorting out mentally what is needed to move past life’s trials is often difficult to articulate. My goal is to assist clients in identifying not only what triggered an imbalance in life, but how their thinking has been affected from the offense. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a primary modality for therapy, clients will move from stuck to fluid in their thoughts and behaviors.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults dealing with trauma and life’s challenges. My goal is to provide clients with the keys to unlocking areas of their lives that cause despair.
